NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. HOW IT WORKS/HOW TO ENTER: LizardSkin.com will have its own sweepstakes beginning and ending entry dates. All entries must be made online at LizardSkin.com during sweepstakes dates. Winner selections will take place in a random drawing conducted within four (4) weeks of the ending date of the sweepstakes from eligible entries. Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents age 18 and older. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with all official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with entrant. All entries become property of LizardSkin.com. LizardSkin.com will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. LizardSkin.com will not acknowledge receipt of entries. All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated device will be disqualified. No more than one entry per household per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees (and their immediate families) of sponsor or any of sponsor’ affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes are ineligible to enter the sweepstakes. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. THE PRIZE: This sweepstake will have one (1) prize winner who will receive one free bucket of lizard skin insulation. Approximate retail value of winning prize is $189.00. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received in each participating market.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be notified by e-mail within six (6) weeks of sweepstakes end date. By accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses for promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media in perpetuity by sponsor without further compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. If notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited, with an alternate winner selected.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants and winners release sweepstakes promoters, including but not limited to, LizardSkin.com and its direct and indirect owners, parents, members, stockholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees as well as cable affiliates and local advertising sponsors, their owners, parents, members, stockholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damages or loss. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes if any.
